The series Circle has naturally evolved from my previous series Waxing Weightless in which I used many circular symbols. I chose to isolate and explore the circle’s purity of geometric harmony. The circle is perfect – whether large or small. It is also in a way infinite in that it has neither a beginning or end. Universally, found in every culture, it can represent eternity, completion and life itself. The circle harkens back to the dawn of our humanity.
